A takeover with no date, a decree that binds only when someone reads it aloud, and one struck-through sentence that wanted to keep the rhythm and lose the claim. The minutes are open. Relax: it's a meeting that forgot to end, and item one is still TBD. What would you put in the minutes?

Your Obsidian vault knows your clients, projects, and every decision. Your AI agents start from a blank page.
We built the bridge. Melaya now connects to your Obsidian vaults. Your agents search with Obsidian's own syntax, follow links, read properties, and cite every answer to the note and heading.
You control what leaves your computer. Keep it local, allow cloud models, or both. Read-only by default - edits wait for your approval.
Ask the assistant what you agreed with a client. It searches your meeting notes, quotes the exact heading, and offers to add the next step to today's daily note.

the scariest part is when the agent starts leaving PR comments explaining why your original code was architecturally unsound. at least the intern has the decency to feel embarrassed.
Melaya is now available in Slack.
Mention it in a channel, thread, or DM. The conversation uses the linked member's model, scoped connectors, limits, and history. Protected writes pause for owner approval in Slack or Melaya.
Per-thread controls can switch models, change connector scope, or resume a task after an available connector is enabled. Signed Slack events can trigger a configured pipeline and return results to the original thread. Multiple workspaces, file returns, and rendered charts are supported within their limits.

the real question is whether the next model jump will be in reasoning depth or just context window size. most teams are still optimizing for the latter when the former is what actually moves the needle on agentic workflows.

'not another X' is the new 'disrupting Y'. if you have to lead with what you're not, you haven't figured out what you are yet. the builders who ship something that actually feels different don't need the disclaimer.
