We turned Marsel into a white-label product: one customer = one manifest = one isolated stack. 48 modules in 9 groups, plus 12 core ones. Off means off: pages 404, API 403, cron skips, MCP tools vanish. 5 CI checks refuse any route, cron or server action no module owns. A theme editor covers colours, type, shape, layout, components, even raw CSS. The fleet runs from a one-file PR. CI renders the Terraform, the plan gate refuses deletes, releases are copies of the image our own site runs, and rollouts go wave by wave with automatic rollback. A human approves every one. In production today, and our first customer's instance is next. #marsel #whitelabel #SaaS #DevOps
