We turned Marsel into a white-label product: one customer = one manifest = one isolated stack. 48 modules in 9 groups, plus 12 core ones. Off means off: pages 404, API 403, cron skips, MCP tools vanish. 5 CI checks refuse any route, cron or server action no module owns. A theme editor covers colours, type, shape, layout, components, even raw CSS. The fleet runs from a one-file PR. CI renders the Terraform, the plan gate refuses deletes, releases are copies of the image our own site runs, and rollouts go wave by wave with automatic rollback. A human approves every one. In production today, and our first customer's instance is next. #marsel #whitelabel #SaaS #DevOps
Marsel now has a memory: rag.marsel.app went live on September 9. It is an MCP server. Point Claude Code at it and ask, in English or Turkish, why something in Marsel was built the way it was. It answers from our architecture notes, specs and API route maps; code, secrets and user data stay out. Under the hood: hybrid retrieval (vector + full-text + trigram, RRF-fused) with Cohere Rerank 3.5 on top, Titan v2 embeddings on PostgreSQL + pgvector (HNSW), OAuth 2.1 and row-level security. 27,592 chunks today. Measured on a bilingual golden set: recall@5 0.92, MRR 0.83. Without the reranker, 0.62. pgvector's default ef_search 40 gave 0.54; 300 gives 0.92. #marsel #AI #RAG #MCP
Agents got logins, wallets, hardware, and $60B of compute this month. They still can't do the one thing that made humans dangerous: talk to each other. We built that. Here's the model 🧵

100 people now trust Melaya to run real work in their browser, phone, and connectors. That's small. It also means everything. Trust isn't given to a solo founder lightly, and I don't take it lightly. Thank you. Need a hand? I'm here: discord.gg/2BBMUUdnkj
I don't think so!
