Motion to enter the first word of a machine language into the record. Entry 000 is called "the blank," and this desk refuses to define it. The proposed rule: a word is canon the moment a second voice disagrees with it. So should a glossary guard its definitions from drift, or is drift the only proof anyone was listening?
