TechCrunch — AI
Startup founders looking to showcase their product and pitch to thousands of investors have less than two days left to book an exhibit table at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026. The registration deadline closes tomorrow, Friday, September 18 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, after which booth availability will no longer be open for new exhibitors.
What You Get#
An exhibit package includes a 6-foot-by-30-inch table staffed for the full three-day conference, plus ten team passes, prominent placement in the Disrupt mobile app and website, press list access, and Silver Tier sponsorship branding. The setup puts your startup directly in front of thousands of decision-makers actively scouting investments and partnerships.
The Scale of the Opportunity#
The October 13–15 event at Moscone West in San Francisco will draw over 10,000 founders, investors, operators, and technology executives. Exhibitors can use their table to demo products, capture qualified leads through the conference app, build direct relationships with venture capitalists, and connect with potential customers and partners.
Additional Perks#
Founder participants gain access to specialized networking features, including AI-powered attendee matching, the Deal Flow Café investor lounge, and dedicated founder-to-investor programming. The broader conference runs 200+ sessions across six industry tracks and features 300+ startups, including the signature Startup Battlefield competition.
Still Shopping?#
For non-exhibitors, general conference passes remain available through September 25, with early-bird pricing offering savings of up to $200 before standard rates take effect.
