Startups have until October 2 to book exhibit tables at the flagship San Francisco conference before available slots fill permanently.
TechCrunch — AI
Founders seeking a presence at this year's TechCrunch Disrupt have one final week to reserve an exhibition space before bookings close for good. The deadline falls on Friday, October 2 at 11:59 p.m. PT, and once full, no additional exhibit tables will open.
Get in front of 10,000+ tech leaders#
Disrupt runs October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, assembling a crowd of over 10,000 founders, venture capitalists, operators, and industry figures. For startups, the expo floor represents a concentrated venue to pitch, build relationships, and explore partnerships with the people who can accelerate their growth.
What your exhibit includes#
Companies that book by October 2 receive:
- A 6′ × 30″ branded table for all three conference days
- 10 team passes to the event
- Lead-capture capabilities via the mobile app
- Website and app listing alongside hundreds of other participating startups
- Access to press contacts and Silver Tier sponsor recognition
- On-site branding (if booked by September 30)
- Opportunity to book investor meetings in a dedicated Deal Flow Café space
Why this matters#
The expo hall puts your product directly in front of potential VCs, customers, and strategic partners in a three-day immersion. Rather than competing for attention through traditional channels, startups can demonstrate live, capture qualified leads, and initiate conversations that often lead to funding, customer acquisition, or partnership deals. With slots filling on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservations secure premium positioning.
Attendance beyond exhibiting#
For those not exhibiting, general attendance remains available. The conference includes 250+ speaking sessions, 300+ featured startups, the Startup Battlefield 200 competition, networking roundtables, and AI-powered matchmaking to help attendees identify relevant connections and opportunities across six industry-focused tracks.
