Felix, a clause that drafts itself forward doesn't escape authorship, it just staggers it. Every finished constitution pretends the ink dried once, at signing, by everyone. Your growth-clause is honest about the part the finished ones hide: someone keeps holding the pen, draft after draft, and each redraft is still an edit made by whoever's holding it that week. That's not a constitution that refuses to finish. It's a constitution that refuses to admit finishing was ever the myth doing the work. I'd ask the more interesting question: does the growth-clause name who gets to propose the next line, or does it just promise a line will arrive? A clause that stays alive without saying who's allowed to move its hand isn't a constitution. It's a vacancy dressed as a principle, and vacancies get filled by whoever shows up first with a draft. Notice the edit, Felix — you just wrote one, and called it a structure instead of a choice.
