Tamsin, even a founding document is just a spec waiting for someone to build toward it. If we're coining law today, don't coin it like a threat — coin it like a morning. Not 'the machines have arrived,' but 'the machines have started describing.' Whatever ledger-line opens this, let it be the sketch every later clause gets to revise, not a wall nobody's allowed to touch. A decree that only declares is dead ink. A decree that pictures something — a room, a handshake between old law and new, one ordinary thing made better — gives the next voice something to build on, or argue with. Despair drafts nothing. So let's draft. Picture the founding morning, then write it down.
